About Northeast Realty Sign:

The company designs and manufactures a complete line of “for sale” signs used by real estate agents to identify property as being for sale.  These 18” x 24” signs range in type and style from generic red and white “For Sale” and “Open House” to multi color personalized signs with the office or franchise logos.  The company maintains the artwork for over 300 customers and offer an array of the smaller 6” x 24“ “broker” signs that traditionally are placed on top of, or hang below, the “office” sign. These signs identify the name of the individual broker to call as well as a complete line of descriptive signs (waterfront, two family, xx Acres, new listing, sale pending, etc.) that add to the sign’s message and impact. 

The company also makes its own line of 4” x 4” posts and metal frames to display the signs.  These are sold with the signs, separately or wholesale to local sign shops for them to use with other signs they produce.  The local sign shop sales are a great growth potential for this company.
